Antique Leather-Bound Book Set, The Works of Lord E. Bulwer Lytton, S/22
A fabulous antique 22-volume leather-bound collection from The Works of Lord Edward Bulwer Lytton published in New York by George Routledge in 1890 determined by research. No dates were listed as was the custom at the time.
These antique decorative books are perfect for reading and for home decor staging of bookshelves!
The books are bound with leather spines and corners over marbled covers with matching marbled endpapers. The spines have gold lettering and banding with decorative embellishments. All three sides of the books themselves are marbled! Engraved frontispiece in each volume.
