An antique 7-volume embellished collection from The World's Greatest Classics series of books published in New York by The Colonial Press in 1899. Books are bound in blue cloth with beautiful heavy embellishments in gold on spines with gold page tops and hand-cut pages. These decorative books are perfect for reading and for home decor staging of bookshelves! Good condition with small amount of age-related cover/spine wear to 123 year-old antique books as can be seen in the pictures. A crease to the corner of one volume. The set measures 13" across, 9.5" tall, and 6.5 front to back.
